We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Corporate Law Paralegal.
<\/div>

<\/div>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10 -20 hours per week.
<\/div>

Paralegal Requirements:
<\/div>

<\/div>

- High level Corporate experience<\/span>
<\/span> - <\/span><\/span><\/span>Early -stage associate work<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span> - STRONG M&A experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span> - Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
<\/div>
