The Denver office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an attorney to join our Employment Litigation team as Of Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 10+ years of employment litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. The ideal candidate will have: Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training and similar activities. We know what success factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, a demonstrated familiarity with employment laws and litigation experience, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, a desire for excellence, a drive to win, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the Colorado Bar is required. In Accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position will be: $295,000 and above.
