The Firm:

Dooley, Gembala, McLaughlin & Pecora Co., LPA is an enterprising team of attorneys who

practice in almost all disciplines of the law. We represent a broad spectrum of clients including

individuals, estates, businesses, nonprofit organizations, governmental bodies, utilities, public

schools, financial institutions, and multinational businesses.

We use cutting edge technology, so although we primarily work in the office, our team members

have flexibility to work remotely when needs arise. After all, sometimes working from a coffee

The Position:

We are looking for experienced, highly motivated litigation attorneys who seek more than just

another job. Occasional travel is required to attend client meetings, court hearings, and

depositions for matters pending out of state. An associate's typical caseload includes a variety of

matters such that they are not focused on a single sub-specialty. For example, an associate may

simultaneously be handling a non-compete dispute on behalf of an employer in federal court while

also tasked with defending a local government in an action filed by a construction contractor. The

diversity within the practice area exposes associates to myriad subjects within the litigation

umbrella. Importantly, senior attorneys provide mentorship and guidance as needed to develop

skills and to introduce team members to the local bench and bar.

We regularly review performance and will adjust salaries upward to reflect an associate's

entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and commitment to exemplary client service.

Dooley, Gembala, McLaughlin & Pecora Co., LPA is a downtown-caliber firm located on the border

of Avon and Sheffield Village, Ohio just 25 minutes from Downtown Cleveland and 10 minutes

from Westlake.
