THIS IS A DEPARTMENTAL PROMOTIONAL POSTING OPPORTUNITY. ONLY CURRENT EMPLOYEES OF HAMILTON COUNTY JUVENILE COURT CLERK AND JUVENILE COURT JUDGE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Under direct supervision reviews and monitors data input into the Juvenile Family and Child Tracking System (JFACTS). The Data & Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating, identifying, and correcting data issues and concerns in regards to monthly reporting standards.

The equivalent of a high school diploma and four (4) years of direct work experience in the JFACTS Data system within the Office of the Hamilton County Juvenile Court Clerk and/or Hamilton County Juvenile Court. A valid driver’s license is required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prior to operating a County-owned vehicle, all employees are required to have completed the Hamilton County Defensive Driving course issued by the National Safety Council and/or an Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) provided by the department.
This position is deemed essential during inclement weather situations and must report to or remain at work, even when administrative closings are announced, as determined by the Department Head.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
An associate’s or a bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral science, criminal justice, law enforcement, data analytics, software analysis, programming, or a closely related field is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work requires long periods of attention to detail; extensive computer keyboarding; occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, and stooping to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds; work may also require the employee to push and/or pull heavy, bulky files and file boxes weighing up to 75 pounds. A handcart/truck may be utilized to assist in the moving of items.
