Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys, providing essential support in preparing for trials, managing complex litigation cases, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting research, managing case files, and assisting in trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case management from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law
- Prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
- Maintain client communication and assist in fostering client relationships
- Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation and timely filings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in litigation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
