Our client, a prestigious Miami-based law firm is seeking a talented and compassionate Paralegal to join their dynamic team. Representing clients with care and expertise, they specialize in guiding families through life's most challenging moments with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents related to divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family law matters.
- Conduct legal research and maintain case files with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate schedules, court filings, and meetings to ensure seamless case management.
Requirements
- Paralegal Certified
- 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal in Family Law or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
- A compassionate approach to client interactions and a commitment to excellence.
