Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a law student in their junior or senior year to gain hands-on experience in a global logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research on regulatory and compliance matters
• Support the team in preparing documentation for ongoing legal cases
• Help with internal investigations and risk assessments
• Participate in meetings with internal departments and external partners
• Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program and in your junior or senior year
• Strong academic record and legal research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in corporate, logistics, or international law is a plus
