Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support a legal team with a variety of administrative and case-related tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure documents are accurate, deadlines are met, and attorneys and staff have the support needed to deliver excellent client service.
Responsibilities- Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain case files, records, and document management systems
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and deadline tracking
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and legal workflow tasks
- Coordinate communications with clients, courts, vendors, and internal team members
- Conduct basic research and gather information as needed for cases and projects
- Track invoices, billing materials, and related administrative records when assigned
- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience in a legal, administrative, or office support role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software
- Familiarity with legal terminology, filing procedures, or case management systems is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
