What You Will Be Doing:
This role will partner closely with sales leadership, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales and GTM processes. This team will be critical in improving sales operations and in turn increasing TransPerfect Legal’s market share.
Technology & Services: Understand our technology and services to assist in responding to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.
CRM Data Integrity: Ensure data quality by working with Business Intelligence to identify and rectify data integrity issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Sales Reps, and Marketing Communications teams to align our go-to-market (GTM) processes with our organizational goals.
Conflict Review: Responsible for clearing legal conflicts or identifying when a conflict occurs.
CLE Program Management: Help manage our Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program.
Administrative Responsibilities: Handle administrative and other tasks as assigned to support the sales operations team such as filling out and submitting applications, certificates, etc.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in legal, business, marketing, operations, or a related field.
Team Player: Highly motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Experience: Previous experience in legal or sales operations is preferred
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, data management tools, and automation software within the GTM tech stack landscape.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting strategic issues and solutions to sales leaders and teammates.
