
Job Summary:
In support of the Law Offices of Kelly, Riggs & Mansour P.L.C. , (d.b.a. Michigan Accident Attorneys & Disability Law Group) the AI & IT Systems Analyst will provide critical support for firmwide technology systems, ensuring the integration, optimization, and functionality of AI tools, automation platforms, internal databases, communication tools, and client-facing applications. This individual will bridge the gap between tech vendors, internal teams, and external AI tools to ensure that our firm remains secure, efficient, and scalable through smart technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and monitor AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Scribe, etc.) used across departments.
· Support CRM, case management platforms, and document automation tools.
· Provide technical troubleshooting for staff, especially related to workflow automation and internal integrations.
· Support AI onboarding, data privacy practices, and productivity training.
· Collaborate with marketing and operations to connect systems (e.g., campaign tracking in CRM).
· Manage vendor relationships and platform subscriptions.
· Assist in documenting IT/AI processes, guidelines, and best practices.
· Oversee account access, data security, and system integrations.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years experience in IT support, systems analysis, or automation.
· Familiarity with Zapier, Microsoft 365, OpenAI tools, Google Workspace, CRMs.
· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
· Excellent communication and project tracking ability.
· Legal tech or SaaS industry experience a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
