Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of the mail department including receive, process, organize, and distribute all office mail
- Log/scan postal mail into our legal case management platform
- Create or update records with new files and information
- Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
- Other administrative responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Efficient communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
