Position Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the Arizona bar, in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial litigation, product liability, Section 1983 prisoner liability defense, and/or personal injury defense.
- Candidates should have the ability to draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda, strong academics
- Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required.
- Nevada bar admission is a plus along with admission in other states in which Hinshaw has offices
