Job Description

The Florida Supreme Court Marshal’s Office is seeking a qualified candidate for the Accreditation & Training Coordinator position. This position is responsible for overseeing the agency’s accreditation processes, including providing regular updates and recommendations to the Marshal. The role involves coordinating the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as maintaining training records in compliance with the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission (CJSTC).

This position also serves as the back-up to the Administrative Assistant II, providing general administrative support to the Marshal’s Office. The ideal candidate should exhibit sound judgment and professionalism while handling sensitive assignments with discretion. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines are essential.

Salary
  • $48,442.20/year
Qualifications

Education: Refers to job specific training and education that is recommended for entry into the position. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis. Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Refers to the amount of related work experience that is recommended for entry into the position that would result in reasonable expectation that the person can perform the required tasks. Additional relevant education may substitute for the recommended experience on a year-for-year basis, excluding supervisory experience.

Three years of work experience in business administration, office skills, or related field.

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Accreditation Manager Training and/ or completed Assessor Training.
