Role and Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>- Represent clients in patent litigation matters<\/b> involving computer hardware and software technologies.
<\/li>- Handle PTAB proceedings<\/b>, including inter partes review (IPR)<\/b>.
<\/li>- Draft substantive briefs, motions, and PTAB filings.
<\/li> - Take an active role in fact and expert discovery<\/b>, including depositions<\/b>.
<\/li>- Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, technical analysis, and client interaction<\/b>.
<\/li>- Engage with technologies such as semiconductors, networking, data compression, digital video, and related systems<\/b>
<\/li><\/ul>Anticipated Compensation:<\/b>
<\/div>- Base salary range: $310,000 – $390,000<\/b>, depending on experience, background, and qualifications.

Requirements<\/h3>- 4–6 years of patent litigation experience<\/b> at a law firm.
<\/li>- At least 4 years of solid district court litigation experience<\/b>.
<\/li>- Experience with IPR/PTAB proceedings strongly preferred<\/b>.
<\/li>- Technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering<\/b>, or related field (required).
<\/li>- Exceptional writing skills<\/b> are a must.
<\/li>- USPTO registration preferred<\/b>, but not required.
