This is a Remote Position - Hourly Rate: $35/hour

Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Estate Planning Paralegal with excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will not only have experience in estate drafting but also the ability to communicate the value of our services to clients, follow up effectively, and handle objections professionally.

This position requires strong client interaction and a commitment to helping individuals navigate the estate planning process. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to both draft documents and support sales efforts by conveying the importance of estate planning in a persuasive manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients over the phone, delivering exceptional communication and customer service.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
  • Speak confidently with clients about the estate planning process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure completion of documents and provide ongoing support.
  • Handle objections during conversations and effectively convey the value of Estate Mentors' services.
  • Assist in overcoming any client reservations about proceeding with estate planning services.
  • Collaborate with the attorney and other team members to support the full scope of estate planning needs.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of estate drafting experience required, with a focus on client interaction.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Experience in estate planning and familiarity with legal drafting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and follow through on necessary tasks without supervision.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience overcoming client objections and explaining the value of professional services.
Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $35/hour + Bonuses
  • Annual Salary: $95,000 per year (based on full-time engagement)
