We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal & Title Assistant to support our legal and title operations. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with confidential documents, managing deadlines, communicating with clients and professionals, and handling multiple files simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Assist with title searches, title commitments, and related documentation.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist attorney, title professionals, and other team members with daily administrative needs.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, attorneys, and other parties regarding files and required documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and other legal/title-related documents.
- Assist with closing and settlement preparation as needed.
- Perform other administrative and legal/title support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a law firm, title company, real estate office, or related environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions, title work, or legal terminology is a plus.
Compensation: $43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
