Litigation Paralegal

Full-time litigation paralegal position available at a well-established law firm with a minimum of 5 years' experience required.

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with various tasks in our personal injury practice with a focus on catastrophic injuries.

1. Preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, judgments, statements, documents, and other correspondence
2. E-filing pleadings with the court, submitting proposed orders, and serving documents
3. Maintaining attorney calendars and case files; scheduling appointments, court appearances, and mediation/depositions and hearings
4. Preparing trial notebooks and providing assistance in trial settings
5. Preparing and reviewing discovery packages, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and production requests
6. Assisting with client interviews and communications
7. Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Required skills:

1. Well-organized and deadline-oriented
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Excel
