The Opportunity

An award-winning and highly regarded boutique law firm located in lower Manhattan specializing in securities fraud is seeking an experienced Securities Attorney. The schedule is onsite in lower Manhattan five days per week.  The base compensation is $100K-$150K with a $5K-$15K bonus plus comprehensive benefits.

Primary Duties

As a key team member, you will handle a wide range of cutting-edge matters, including FINRA arbitrations, SEC and FINRA investigations, employment disputes with brokerage firms, SEC whistleblower cases, U4/U5 issues, and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years litigation experience
• JD and active law license required (or taking the bar)
• Strong writing skills and trial experience
• Ability to manage discovery and work on complex, high-profile matters
• Spanish language skills a plus
