Title: Corporate Paralegal

Location: 3 days/week on-site in Venice, CA

Salary: Up to $120k in base + 15% bonus + Equity Options + Benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Review and analyze leases, contracts, and real estate agreements for compliance and risk.
• Support transactional processes, due diligence, and legal documentation.
• Utilize legal technology tools such as iManage, Workshare, and RedLine software.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally with real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and deal structures in real estate.
• A Paralegal Certificate is preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
