What you’ll do:
🔹 Build winning cases – Draft briefs, motions, and prepare for hearings and trials.
🔹 Investigate the facts – Lead e-discovery, document review, and witness prep.
🔹 Shape strategy – Be part of client meetings and high-level case discussions.
🔹 Be in the action – Support partners and senior associates during depositions, enforcement actions, and court proceedings.
🔹 Work as a team – Collaborate with sharp, supportive colleagues who value excellence and mentorship.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Strong foundation in complex litigation (IP background a big plus).
✔️ Technical degree (e.g., computer science, EE, engineering, life sciences) a major advantage in patent cases.
✔️ Outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills.
✔️ Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility).
✔️ Excellent academics from a top law school.
