Were hiring a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our trial team in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time, on-site role involves managing high-stakes catastrophic injury cases including auto, motorcycle, trucking, aviation accidents, and wrongful death claims. We welcome both plaintiff and defense attorneys with strong litigation and trial experience.

Ideal candidates have 5-15 years of courtroom experience, a deep understanding of California personal injury law, and a passion for serious injury advocacy. You'll handle complex discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trials.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar license

• 515 years of litigation/trial experience

• Experience in catastrophic injury or wrongful death cases

Salary: $150K-$300K (W2)
Must live within commuting distance of Santa Ana, CA
