Investment Funds Attorney | US$90–US$180/hour | Micro1 contractor opportunity

Micro1 is seeking investment funds attorneys for part-time work helping train and evaluate AI used for legal contract review and redlining.

The work involves simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises; reviewing AI responses to contract scenarios; creating evaluation frameworks and grading criteria; and working with product and research teams to improve contract review data, guidance and model performance.

Micro1 requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and at least two years in the funds department of a corporate law firm. The source lists familiarity with LPAs, subscription agreements and side letters, together with strong communication, analytical skills and attention to detail. AI or legal-technology experience is preferred.
