Job Description:
The Contract Administration/Paralegal role shall support necessary administration functions for the company, including, maintaining company records, licenses and filings, maintenance of all contract documentation, coordinating and conducting company filings for new and existing entities, and responding to relevant inquiries regarding contract information and company-related matters.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist Contract Manager and In-Counsel’s support, drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents.
- Records management to include tracking contract renewals, expirations, and other post-execution deliverables.
- Summarizing contractual terms and other business and legal matters and responding to internal contract inquiries and other requests pertaining to such terms and matters.
- Maintaining organized electronic transaction files for ongoing contract negotiation.
- Flagging non-standard contract terms that require additional approval.
- Set-up and maintenance of all legal documents into electronic contract management system.
- Support in connection with M&A transactions and joint ventures, including project management associated with diligence.
- Flexibly expand responsibilities as the company grows.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, preferred.
- Paralegal certificate is preferred or 5 years equivalent experience in contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
