About the Role:

Join our dynamic legal team as a Plaintiff First Party Property Attorney and contribute to our mission of delivering justice and superior legal services to our clients. Under the mentorship of a Senior Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in our specialized legal processes, backed by a robust team of 1-3 associate attorneys, 2-3 paralegals, and a dedicated staff member handling discovery and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal representation to clients with first party property claims.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and lead negotiations.
• Draft and manage the filing of all legal documents and pleadings.
• Conduct and manage the discovery process efficiently.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in [State or specify the jurisdiction].
• Proven experience in property law, civil litigation, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
