Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Feldman,Kramer & Monaco is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our growing firm.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration, with a very strong emphasis on drafting sophisticated and complex trust documents.

Responsibilities:

• Draft revocable, irreveocable, and other complex trust agreements.
• Prepare wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and related estate planning documents.
• Assist attorneys with advanced estate planning strategies .
• Prepare trust funding documents, deeds, assignments, and beneficiary designations.
• Coordinate document execution and maintain organized client files.
• Demonstrate empathetic communication.
• Assist with trust and estate administration as needed.

Quaifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience.
• Strong background in drafting complex trust and estate planning documents.
• Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

• $43.95 - $54.95/hour
