Aspen Careers, LLC is excited to partner with a prestigious downtown Cleveland law firm in their search for a dynamic Office Coordinator who will also serve as a Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level legal and administrative support to the Managing Partner
- Manage office operations and serve as a key liaison with HR, IT, and other internal departments
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
- Contribute to office staff performance reviews and provide leadership feedback
- Approve and track PTO for legal staff, ensuring appropriate coverage
- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain and manage legal calendars, deadlines, client meetings, and court dates
- E-file documents with federal and state courts
- Balance multiple responsibilities and manage shifting priorities with ease and professionalism
Your Background Includes:
- 4–7 years of experience in legal support and/or office operations, preferably in corporate, real estate, or business law
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive mindset
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor
