What You’ll Be Doing:
- Legal research and writing
- Drafting and responding to discovery, pleadings, motions, briefs and petitions
- Handling a volume litigation caseload
- Significant travel throughout Pennsylvania’s 67 counties for administrative and court appearances
- Appearing at administrative hearings throughout Pennsylvania and at trial court conferences, oral arguments and evidentiary hearings
- Attending orientation, trainings, meetings, etc. both in-person at one of the firm office locations and virtually. Also attend local or national industry conferences, as requested.
Your Background:
Applicants must be admitted to practice law in PA and be in good standing. Attorneys should have 2-4 years of litigation experience. Strong work ethic and eager for opportunities for professional growth. Detail-oriented, meets deadlines and effectively manages a full caseload, working independently in a supportive environment and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished presenter and public speaker.
