Compensation: $185,000 base salary
Position Overview: A leading national law firm is seeking a senior attorney for a non-partnership track role within its Chambers-ranked Insurance Recovery practice. With at least five years of dedicated policyholder-side experience, the successful candidate will join a busy and dynamic team that handles some of the nation's most significant coverage disputes and has a very busy caseload.
Responsibilities: This attorney will be instrumental in representing corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation. The practice involves enforcing clients' rights under a wide variety of commercial insurance policies for a broad spectrum of losses and liabilities. The role requires a deep understanding of insurance law and the ability to manage a demanding caseload effectively.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited ABA law school with strong academics
- Background in litigation on general liability matters of a wide variety
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience exclusively representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes
- AmLaw 200 firm or a specialized policyholder boutique tenure.
- Strong litigation, analytical, and writing skills.
