Remote, Contract -based, Florida Immigration and Family Law Paralegal Opportunity

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.
<\/p>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Family Law / Immigration Paralegal<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 6–10 hours per week<\/b>.
<\/p>

Paralegal Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with direct experience in Florida family law matters (immigration experience also preferred)
  <\/li>
• Strong experience drafting pleadings, petitions, and discovery, including initial disclosures
  <\/li>
• Experience supporting immigration matters, including document preparation and client coordination
  <\/li>
• Ability to follow up with clients to gather information and documentation needed for filings and case progression
  <\/li>
• Experience managing all aspects of calendaring, deadlines, and case organization to ensure no deadlines are missed
  <\/li>
• Familiarity with scheduling, e -filing with courts, and general administrative litigation support
  <\/li>
• Ability to research and identify local court/judge rules as needed
  <\/li>
• Strong client communication and case management skills
  <\/li>
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  <\/li>
• Ability to move cases forward independently and take initiative on next steps
  <\/li>
• Proficiency with Clio or similar case management systems (preferred)
  <\/li>
• Self -starter who can work independently in a remote environment
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour<\/b>.
