Woods Aitken LLP has a position available for an associate in its commercial and construction law practice with 3-5 years of litigation experience. Qualifications & skills required: excellent legal research & drafting of pleadings, memos, & briefs; excellent academic record, strong organizational & analytical abilities; demonstrated record of meeting deadlines; self-starter; interpersonal relationships & detail oriented.
