Aspen Careers is partnering with a small, family law firm to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal in their Dublin, Ohio office.

Paralegal – Litigation/Personal Injury

Location: Dublin, OH

The Role:

• Handle personal injury litigation tasks, including filing within Ohio courts, drafting short legal documents, and filing deposition notices.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, manage court filings, and assist with discovery processes.
• Support attorneys with calendaring and docketing when orders are issued.
• Work directly with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to ensure smooth case progression.
• Join a highly reputable and family-oriented firm with a strong commitment to client advocacy.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary/assistant in personal injury.
• Familiarity with Ohio court filing procedures, discovery processes, and deposition setup.
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal training.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Prior experience with Clio is a plus but not mandatory.
