This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Temporary employees who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). This temporary position is located in Raleigh - Wake County.


Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $25.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).


This temporary position will be assigned to the Department of Public Safety. This position is located at 1201 Front St, Raleigh, NC 27609.

The Crime Justice Improvement (CJI) Planning Team’s program assistant I position is an integral programmatic support position to the team and the CJI Committee of the larger Governor’s Crime Commission. The position functions as the program assistant and schedules the committee meetings, sends the invitations and records motions, outcomes of votes, and minutes. The position supports the planners by providing DocuSign award creation and provides additional support functions as requested or required to other sections of GCC.
