Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, and memoranda
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel as needed
Handle electronic court filings and ensure compliance with applicable procedures
Organize, scan, copy, and format documents for internal and external use
Assist with client-related matters by maintaining familiarity with assigned cases
Enter attorney time into Aderant and support monthly billing processes
Open and maintain client files within the firm’s document management system
Prepare expense reports and assist with CRM data maintenance
Support firm initiatives, events, and team-based projects as needed
Collaborate with other legal administrative professionals to ensure seamless coverage

Background & Experience
Minimum of three years of legal administrative or paralegal experience
Experience in litigation and/or corporate law preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Polished communication skills and professional presence
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment
