Are you a client focused individual looking to take your career to the next level? Our Front Office Representatives is the first friendly face a client sees walking through the Greenville office door and also serves as a Call Center Representative.
Considering our tremendous growth, we are adding this new position to our Greenville, SC team. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated person with the ability to multitask. Strong customer service skills needed in addition to general office duties.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
- Managing schedules for conference and community spaces
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and FedEx services
- Administrative support to staff
- Notarizing documents
- Traveling to meet with clients for signups
- Strong interview and communication skills
- Data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Integrity and professionalism
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- At least 2 years of office coordinator experience
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is strongly desired but not required
- SC Notary license (or has the ability to become a Notary upon hiring)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Currently, we are recruiting for a candidate that is available during the week (M-F), 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience also preferred. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is strongly desired, though not required.
