Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle cases from inception to trial.

• Manage caseloads of complex legal matters in the practice areas of trust,

probate, commercial, contract, and real estate litigation.

• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Delegate nonbillable tasks to Litigation Paralegal.

• Frequent court appearances.

• Negotiation, depositions, arbitration, and trials.

• Analyze cases, develop strategies, provide client advice, and conduct legal

research.

• Draft legal documents, including all stages of discovery.

• Communicate with clients on a regular basis providing for exceptional client

experience.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Required OBA.

• 4 (+) years’ experience.

• Billable hour experience required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience with Clio Legal Technology platform desired.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

SharePoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
