Position Overview:<\/b>
<\/div>
This associate will manage high\-value litigation and corporate disputes, guiding clients through complex procedural and strategic challenges. The role demands strong analytical skills, practical judgment, and the ability to achieve favorable outcomes across a range of matters.

What you’ll do:<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Oversee all stages of litigation, including strategy, discovery, motion practice, pre\-trial preparation, trial, and post\-trial matters.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate documents, presenting complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations, and manage arbitration proceedings to achieve optimal client results.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Advise on real estate financing issues, land and zoning matters, construction contracts, landlord\-tenant disputes, and corporate transactions.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide proactive risk management advice to mitigate future legal exposure.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead client interactions, depositions, and collaborate internally to coordinate litigation with transactional or corporate strategies.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    What you’ll bring:<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA\-accredited law school, with strong academic performance or notable achievements.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Active membership in good standing with the relevant state bar; solid understanding of applicable state and federal regulations.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 2\-7 years of experience in litigation, ideally involving real property, corporate disputes, or complex commercial matters.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven expertise in legal research, drafting high\-quality filings, and conducting forensic analysis.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple active matters and meet strict deadlines.
      <\/span><\/li> <\/ul>

      <\/div>
      Preferred skills: <\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Advanced credentials such as an LL.M. in Real Property or Construction Law.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience drafting appellate briefs or arguing before higher courts.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Trial experience as first or second chair, or before administrative judges.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Knowledge of risk management, corporate or commercial liability, and advising on development, construction, or financial matters.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • ​<\/span>Familiarity with regulatory compliance, investigations, or fraud\/prosecution\-related matters.

        Benefits<\/h3>
        • Salary range of $120,000 \- $180,000 base, plus incentive\-based bonus structure, fully comprehensive health\/dental\/vision, retirement planning, PTO.
