Law Office of Rhett Burney is seeking a motivated attorney to join our growing team. We welcome applicants from a variety of practice backgrounds who are looking for an opportunity to build their careers in a collaborative, forward-thinking law firm.

This is a full-time, in-office position. We believe the best client service and team collaboration happen when we work together in person.

Our firm is intentionally evolving into a boutique practice, focusing on high-quality legal representation, personalized client service, and meaningful attorney-client relationships. We leverage modern legal technology—including AI-assisted tools—to improve efficiency and allow our attorneys to focus on practicing law at the highest level.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (or eligible for admission)
• Strong legal writing, communication, and advocacy skills
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable using technology and eager to embrace innovative tools that improve efficiency and client service
• A desire to grow with a firm that values quality over quantity
