
The company is a leading global provider of legal and business solutions that differentiates itself among the competition in today's evolving landscape of the legal technology industry. The consultant will have the ability to manage and lead in the selling/business development of a blend of Litigation and eDiscovery services to large corporate legal accounts. The client is looking for heavy hitters in the corporate legal space with a book of business greater than $3M. The company is offering excellent benefits, a generous salary and an aggressive commission structure (deep six figures).
Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, just looking for best performers. Will offer an aggressive first year compensation plan.
Variable Compensation of Direct commission:
- Year 1 - 5% applicable to target accounts with $2,000,000 revenue goal.
- Year 2 - 5% applicable to target accounts with $3,000,000 revenue goal.
- Year 1 represents the first 12 months of employment, and Year 2 represents the second 12 months of employment.
"Kicker" commission:
-Year 1 - 7.5% applicable from dollar one over $2,000,000 revenue target.
-Year 2 - 7.5% applicable from dollar one over $3,000,000 revenue target.
