- Coordinate with R&D and Regulatory colleagues to ensure adequate testing protocols and proper substantiation for all marketing claims
- Work with marketing colleagues to ensure all deadlines are met
- Attend weekly and bi-weekly brand meetings to discuss and align on assignments
- Review various agreements for all Beauty Professional brands
- Assist North America Legal Department personnel with information and document requests
- Provide administrative and database support for Beauty Professional functions
- Review marketing and advertising assets (product labels), advertising media (print ads, sell sheets) and social media collateral
- Work with Litigation team on any and all litigation matters related to the Beauty Professional business as appropriate
- Partner with supervisor to support Beauty Professional operations
- Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
- Notary public certification preferred
- 5+ years related law firm or in-house experience in Marketing and Advertising law
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a willingness to learn other systems, including Henkel’s contract management and collateral review software systems
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
- Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to interact with Senior Management in a highly professional manner
- Ability to commute to our Culver City office at least 2x per week

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
