Litigation Paralegal

As a litigation paralegal at Dordick Law, you'll be working with an exceptionally talented team of dedicated legal practitioners. Key Responsibilities:

• Court filings/eFiling (State and Fed)
• Tracking SOLs
• Discovery - Propounding and Responding
• Reservation of Court Hearing Dates
• Preparing Subpoena Objections for Records / Depos
• Preparing Stipulations to Cont. Trial
• Organizing Team meetings (setting up and participating)
• Expert Retention
• Sending Experts any and all material for review, including their own transcripts
• Noticing Depositions / Subpoenas for Depos.
• Drafting CMC Statements / Initial Trial Setting Conference Statement

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

-Incredible organizational skills

-High proficiency with technology, including AI

-Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil litigation

-Bachelor's degree required

-Must be adept in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS

-Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
