Real Estate/Joint Venture Tax Attorney

Hill Ward Henderson, an AV-rated Tampa law firm, seeks a highly experienced Real Estate / Joint Venture Tax Attorney to join its Corporate and Tax Group.

Candidates should have substantial experience in advising on the tax aspects of real estate transactions and with partnership taxation, particularly in real estate and complex joint ventures. The role involves advising on high-profile transactions, including joint ventures with taxable and tax-exempt partners, debt and equity financings, and tax-efficient fund structures.

Qualified candidates will have at least seven years of relevant experience, exceptional analytical and business skills, and strong credentials such as an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm.

No portable book of business is required. Remote arrangements will be considered. The position offers sophisticated work, immediate responsibility, excellent compensation and benefits, and a partnership opportunity or clear path to partnership, depending on experience.
