Commercial/Consumer Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney

A prestigious AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Litigation Practice Group in Atlanta. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work on a wide range of complex commercial and white-collar litigation matters within a supportive and collaborative national platform.

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in Georgia AND Florida, in good standing.

• 3–6 years of substantive experience in complex commercial, financial services, business, securities, and/or white-collar criminal litigation and investigations.

• Litigation Practice: Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and complex memoranda.

• Background in representing clients in state and federal court, with experience handling high-stakes disputes involving regulatory, financial, or white-collar issues.

• Familiarity with internal investigations and government enforcement actions is advantageous.

• Soft Skills: Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; and teamwork are essential.

• Represent clients in a range of sophisticated commercial, financial, securities, and white-collar litigation matters.

• Conduct legal research, draft dispositive motions, manage discovery, and prepare for trials and hearings.

• Participate in internal investigations and defense of regulatory enforcement actions.

• Work closely with experienced litigators and partners to deliver high-quality results to clients.

• Engage directly with clients and help develop legal strategies tailored to their business objectives.

• Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $220,000 – $275,000, commensurate with experience and market conditions, along with a profit-sharing bonus program.
