Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.
As a recruiter for GSEP (Global Strategy and Enterprise Platforms) and Legal, you will play an integral role in identifying, attracting, engaging and securing top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing a complex workbench, supporting mid to executive-level niche openings, with a preference for those with experience in financial services. Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide recruiting support for LOB Executives which includes developing lead lists, direct sourcing, assessing technical and leadership capabilities of talent and consulting with leaders and business partners on process and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Drive recruiting efforts for internal and external talent for GSEP and Legal
- Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system
- Creates a pipeline of candidates with desired skills by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent
- Coordinates the interview process with hiring managers and business leaders and provides feedback from screening interviews to prepare hiring managers
- Facilitates creating a more inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences
- Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
- Create an informed, consultative talent strategy based on targeted research, industry/market and candidate data
- Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers, internal recruiting partners, and business partners
- Communicate and collaborate with business partners and stakeholders across the company
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years professional level recruiting experience
- Strong client management experience with solid credibility, presence and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
- Experience providing fact based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations
- Strong understanding of current competitive talent landscape
- Demonstrated experience understanding competitive offers
- Proven ability to demonstrate strategic thinking, facilitation, client service orientation, leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in development of sourcing strategies and cold calling
- Use of innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result-oriented
- Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables
- Previous experience developing concise and effective presentations and email communications
