Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our growing legal team. In this dynamic role, you will support corporate, leasing, and contracting functions, helping WS scale effectively while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Reporting to the General Counsel & SVP, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Legal Director of Leasing and the Legal Director of Operations, as well as cross-functional teams across our vertically integrated organization.

What You’ll Do

Corporate & Entity Management

  • Draft entity formation, amendment, and dissolution documents.
  • Manage entity registrations, annual reports, and compliance filings.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts for corporate structures.

Leasing & Contracting Support

  • Format, update, and maintain lease and contract templates.
  • Assist in tracking, finalizing, and coordinating execution of leases and agreements.
  • Prepare ancillary leasing documents, access waivers, and NDAs.

Process & Documentation Optimization

  • Develop and maintain standardized legal templates to streamline processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in signature blocks for legal documents.

Operational & General Support

  • Manage and coordinate responses to legal department inquiries (mail and email).
  • Assist with ad-hoc legal projects and process improvements.


Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, with hands-on experience drafting and formatting legal documents.
  • Meticulous attention to detail—you spot errors others might miss.
  • Strong technology skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can interact confidently with senior leadership and business teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you take initiative and anticipate challenges.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good judgment—knowing when to handle issues independently and when to escalate.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach that contributes to a positive and supportive work culture.
