Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated construction litigator to join our nationally recognized California education and public agency facilities and construction practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented attorney who enjoys handling complex construction disputes while working collaboratively with school districts and other public agencies on some of California's most significant public infrastructure projects. Our construction practice advises and represents public entities throughout every phase of the construction process—from procurement and contracting through project delivery and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing clients in high-stakes litigation while partnering closely with attorneys who advise on front-end construction, procurement, labor compliance, and public contracting matters.
