This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must reside and actively practice in Florida, with a preference for those located in Southwest Florida. - Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, prepare for mediations, and participate in hearings
- Provide litigation support to a collaborative team focused on financial services, capital markets, and related industries
- Manage multiple active cases with minimal supervision
- Contribute to trial strategy; second-chair trial or arbitration experience is a plus
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license and current residency in Florida (remote work eligible only within the state)
- 3 - 7 years of hands-on commercial litigation experience (national or Am Law firm experience preferred)
- Background in both state and federal court proceedings
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Stable work history no frequent job changes or solo practice backgrounds
- Prior exposure to construction litigation
- Judicial clerkship, particularly at the federal level
- Arbitration or regulatory experience
