Associate Attorney (International)

Kirton McConkie is seeking to employ an Associate Attorney with 1 to 6 years of significant international legal experience.

Kirton McConkie is the only firm that has a dedicated international practice group in Salt Lake City. High academic performance, excellent analytic and writing skills, and meaningful international legal experience with a recognized international law firm, major multinational corporation, or government or similar employer are required.

Experience with (a) drafting contracts and corporate documents or (b) advising on international trade, data privacy, or immigration is a plus. Experience living or working overseas is highly desirable as is fluency in a second language, including Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Arabic. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated to learn, and be hard-working.

Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to take the Utah Bar. If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, applicants must be a licensed attorney in good standing in another U.S. state.
