These knowledge, skills, and abilities are typically, though not always, acquired through completion of a Juris Doctor degree and at least one (1) year of transactional legal experience. Legal experience working for an Arkansas municipality is preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a valid Arkansas law license prior to employment and maintain licensure in good standing with the Arkansas Bar Association for the duration of employment.
Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) driver’s license prior to employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment.
A physical, on-site presence is required. Remote work is limited and permitted only in accordance with City and City Attorney’s Office policies.
