Implementation Consultant

Become part of a dynamic software team that designs and implements state of the art systems used by Fortune 500 corporate legal departments throughout the country.  We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, pro-active and motivated individual to join our Professional Services Division as an Implementation Consultant.

The Implementation Consultant combines product knowledge and corporate legal department processes and best practices experience with excellent interpersonal skills to assist our clients with the implementation of Bridgeway solutions. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Job Location is based either in Houston, TX or home office.

• Participate as a consultant in workflow review sessions; analyze clients’ business needs and configure Bridgeway solutions to solve problems. 
• Prepare design prototypes for installation at client’s site based on workflow interviews.
• Train end-users and system administrators on use of software products.
• Function as a full participant on the implementation team. 
• Document all aspects of implementation project. 
• Project manage implementation and upgrade projects
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support when needed and act as liaison between clients and Bridgeway.

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal training or certification.
• 3 - 5 years of paralegal work experience in a corporate law department or law firm.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills.  Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with clients.
• Proficient with MS Office, email.  Prior experience with legal-related software and databases a plus.
• Strong project management skills.  Proficiency with MS Project a plus.
• Must be willing and able to travel 50% (peak times up to 75%)
• Outstanding verbal and written skills a must

Work Environment:

General office - no special physical demands required outside of travel.
