Position Overview

Our client seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies practice. The role centers on advising early‑stage and late‑stage emerging growth companies, as well as venture capital investors, across a broad range of corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support early and late‑stage venture financings
• Work on mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
• Manage multifaceted deals with minimal supervision
• Advise fast‑growth companies and investors on strategic and operational matters

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing complex corporate transactions
• Background in venture financing, M&A, or public offerings
• Ability to counsel high‑growth technology companies and investors
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
